At Delivisor LLC, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products. However, we understand that issues may arise. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns.


Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Note: Returns for any other reason, including change of mind, are not accepted.


Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery to ensure product quality and compliance with the nature of perishable goods.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  2. The product must be in its original condition with all labels intact.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as the invoice or order number, must be provided.

Exclusions

  • All Products: Due to the perishable nature of our goods, only items that meet the above return conditions are eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via email at info@delivisor.com within the designated return window.
  2. Upon approval, we will coordinate the collection of the item(s):
    • If the error is on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item): Delivisor LLC will cover the return transportation costs.
    • For all other approved returns: Return transportation costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Same-Day Delivery Requirement: You must deliver the products to the provided address on the same day, ensuring they are transported under appropriate conditions.

Refund and Exchange Options

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Customers may opt for an exchange with the same product if available in stock.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% (the maximum allowed by New Jersey law) will apply to all approved returns.
